Purchase options and cancellation policy

If you buy GluX / LINX products as a consumer through the gluxshop.hu store, your purchase is governed by the shop’s current terms together with the distance-contract information below — for specific product categories, the rules shown at checkout prevail.

Scope

This notice applies to consumer (B2C) distance purchases of GluX / LINX products where the transaction is not a business (B2B) order.

Withdrawal period

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, counting from the day you receive the goods. This follows Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 and EU consumer-protection rules on distance contracts.

Exceptions — sealed products

For health / medical devices — such as sealed-pack CGM sensors — that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken in line with the nature of the product.

How to withdraw

Notify us within the 14-day period by email: support@gluxshop.eu. Include your name, order number, and — if applicable — details of goods to be returned.

Refunds

If you withdraw, GluX will reimburse all payments received — including standard delivery charges where applicable — no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds are made via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Return shipping

You generally bear the direct cost of returning goods unless GluX has agreed otherwise — for example where goods are faulty or not as described.

Recurring orders and purchase options

If you have a recurring sensor order or purchase option enabled, cancel the next shipment at least before the planned dispatch date using the same contact details; completed shipments are assessed separately under the withdrawal rules, including sealed-product exceptions.

Business (B2B) orders

Orders placed by clinics, distributors, or other undertakings are not consumer distance contracts unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
