A drug-free, mechanical mouth tape to support breathing through the nose during sleep.
The GluX mouth tape can hold the mouth gently closed during sleep, which may help nasal breathing take over. It is made of a breathable, hypoallergenic material and is comfortable to wear all night.

How does it work?
The mouth tape works on a mechanical principle: during sleep it can help keep the mouth closed, so nasal breathing can take over more naturally. The product contains no active ingredient and has no medicinal effect.
Instructions for use
- Clean the area around the mouth with lukewarm water, then dry it thoroughly.
- Remove the protective film from the adhesive side of the tape.
- With your mouth closed, place the tape so that it covers the mouth opening in the middle.
- Press it down gently for a few seconds for proper adhesion.
- To remove it, lift one edge of the tape carefully, then peel it off slowly.

When should you not use it?
Do not use it if…
- your nasal breathing is obstructed, your nose is severely blocked, or free breathing is not ensured;
- you are under the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills or mind-altering substances;
- your skin is irritated, broken, inflamed or burnt.
Not recommended
- in case of untreated sleep apnoea, severe breathing difficulties or asthma;
- for children under 5.

Usage
Application in 5 steps
Clean the skin
Clean the area around the mouth with lukewarm water, then dry it thoroughly.
Peel off the liner
Remove the protective film from the adhesive side of the tape.
Apply it
With your mouth closed, apply the tape so that it covers the centre of the mouth.
Press it on
Press gently for a few seconds for proper adhesion.
Remove it gently
To remove, lift one edge of the tape, then peel it off slowly.
