GluX Kontroll
It shows you what each food does to your glucose
The sensor measures your glucose, and you log what you ate on your phone. GluX Kontroll puts the two side by side: for every meal it shows how much your glucose rose over the following three hours. Not an estimate from a table, but your own sensor's measurement.
That is how it turns out that porridge gives you a gentle rise while rice gives a big spike — or the other way round. The same food behaves differently in two people, and until now this could only be guessed at, not seen.
What it is good for if you are dieting or want to lose weight
A diet can be built on your own measurements instead of generic lists. The analysis shows:
- Which meal gave you the biggest rise and which the gentlest. By name, time and in mmol/l.
- Which foods you tolerate well — those can stay — and which are followed by a big spike.
- Which time of day pushes your average up the most, and what a late evening meal does to the night that follows.
- How different your weekend is from your weekdays.
- What exercise does: we measure the three hours after logged workouts in the same way, so you can see which form of exercise helps the most.
After glucose spikes many people get hungry again quickly. If you can see which meal that follows, there is something to change — the food can be swapped, and the order, the timing and the exercise afterwards are then your decision.
How it works
Activation code by email
After payment we send an activation code automatically. Keep the email: the code is valid until you redeem it, and it does not expire.
Sign in with your LinX account
Open control.glux.shop and sign in with the same LinX account you use with the sensor. No separate registration, no copying of data and no PDF upload: the data comes from your own account. About a minute.
Redeeming the code
You enter the code and start the analysis. It is ready immediately, readable on screen, printable and can be saved as a PDF.
When it is worth starting
Wear the LinX sensor for at least 14 days and log as many meals as you can in the meantime. The meal effects come from that: what you do not log, we cannot tie to your curve. An analysis is produced from plain glucose values too, but then exactly its most useful part is missing.
You cannot get it wrong. Before starting we check whether you have enough data, and if not, we show you how much is missing — your code stays untouched in that case. One code starts one analysis, but you can open the finished analysis as many times as you like.
What else is in the analysis
- Key indicators: time in range (TIR), variability (CV), average, minimum and maximum, measured against international targets.
- Daily curves and a daily breakdown: every day separately, plus the pattern by time of day.
- Hypo and hyper episodes: when, for how long and how deep.
- Recurring patterns: what is going well, what to watch out for, which day went best and which deserves a second look.
- Concrete goals over three horizons: 1–2 weeks, 1–3 months, 6–12 months.
- A clinical summary — the page worth showing to your doctor.
Your analysis is yours
- A shareable view for a doctor or dietitian: a separate link with a separate viewing password. The link alone is not enough; you give them the password.
- Print or save as PDF with one button, with the same layout you see on screen.
- Your earlier analyses are kept and can be reopened at any time — so with the next analysis you can also see what changed.
